Happy International Women's Day!
Today is International Women’s Day!
We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate today than by recognizing the powerhouses that makeup Novation Title, you see we are a woman owned business & we seem to attract some incredible ladies who know they’re free to climb as far as they’d like as there are no limitations on growth. It is a safe space which encourages people to be who they truly are & share their unique gifts with the world. We are people who value and push the idea of fairness, opportunity and equality in the workplace.
Feminism isn’t about making women stronger, because women can already do it all... and then some! They are strong already so don’t try to fix something unbroken. Feminism is about changing how the world sees that strength & acknowledge its positive impact in our communities. Since Title & Escrow has been a field mainly ran by men for as long as anyone can remember, the world needed a creative Latina who acknowledged the need in the business for someone like her to disturb this narrative!
Nuria Rivera has been inspiring the women around her and leading incredible workshops, talks and coaching in which she nurtures the essence of being a dominant feminine force in a trade where women are not always seen that way.
The team which she has so carefully curated is composed of some incredible women and incredible men who live up to this ideal every day. They value the aspect of being a teammate, a friend, a girlfriend, a wife, a mom, a grandma, a woman, a human being who is able to provide so much value to their lives. We value all the hard work and effort each person we work with puts into our collective effort, but it is so cool to also be able to say that a team of outstanding, powerful, and dedicated women are adding the fuel behind this engine. It is so cool to be able to say we have the support to fill this space, to belong to the decision making, innovating and leading in changing this industry. We belong here, there is no question about it. No exceptions have been made because this place has been earned.
Our hope is to inspire and support the women in our lives and continue to lift them up higher and cheer them on with so much love and light so they can each shine their brightest.
