If you’re a Salt Lake local, you’ve been looking forward to the summer season as much as we have. Festivals, concerts, movies in the park, farmer’s markets and weekend brunching on the patio are exactly what we’ve been craving after being holed up all winter. By this time of year, the once snow-capped mountains are now lush and green, luring us back outside to enjoy them a different way. Endless options for hiking, mountain biking, fishing and camping are just minutes away — but meanwhile down in the valley, we’re anticipating a different kind of fun — our favorite outdoor events that we only get to experience once a year!
